Cancellation/No Show Policy

I kindly request that you provide 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability. If 48 hours' notice is not provided, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booked services will apply. This policy also includes no-call/no-shows.

Please note that repeated tardiness, cancellations, or no-shows may result in the refusal of future services, as it impacts my ability to serve all clients effectively.

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and if something comes up, I’ll do my best to accommodate and help reschedule your appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Late Policy

Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, with a 90% cancellation fee applying. Please contact me directly if you’ll be late. Thank you for your understanding!

New Clients

Clients must be 16 years or older. Please ensure your nails are bare (no polish or enhancements) when arriving for your first appointment, as I do not remove or work over any previous work that isn’t done by me.

Nail Repairs

Any damage to a nail(s) after 48 hours from your appointment and/or damage caused by neglect or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for free repair. Repair appointments can be made by contacting me directly and if my schedule allows I will get you in. There is a $5 fee for each nail repair, if there are more than 3 repairs then you will be charged for a full set of $65.

Scheduling/Payments

All appointments must be scheduled through the booking app and a card is required to be on file to book

 

I accept cash, credit/debit card, and Venmo as forms of payment. Viila Nail Studio Gift certificates are available for purchase both online and in person. Please note that while my business is located inside Haus of Beauty Suites, I operate independently and am unable to accept gift certificates or credits issued by Haus of Beauty Suites as a form of payment for services. Thank you for your understanding!

Payment is due at the time of service

Kids Policy

Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate children in my salon. Not only for their safety but to ensure that I can provide you with quality manicure services. 

Aftercare

I recommend coming every 2-4 weeks for maintenance of your natural nails. It is not advised to go longer than 4 weeks between appointments as it can cause damage to your nails. I recommend using cuticle oil multiple times a day. This will increase the longevity of your manicure, as dry nails will curl and pull away from the nail products. Try not use your nails as tools or pick at them. Recommended to wear gloves when cleaning/doing dishes.
